  13. What's New in Version 2.5
  14.     
  15.      ╖ You can now scroll the image by dragging it with the mouse. 
  16.        Scroll bars is optional.
  17.      ╖ Images are now centered on the image window.
  18.      ╖ Added an Undo command to the Edit menu. 
  19.        Undo can be enabled/disabled in the Options dialog box.
  20.      ╖ New commands in the File/Wallpaper menu: Stretched and Position. 
  21.      ╖ Added the Resample command to the Image menu. 
  22.      ╖ Added option to maintain the aspect ratio when resizing images.

  34. Known Problems
  35.     ╖ IceView '95 crashes if you try to open a Photoshop 4 file. You can
  36.       prevent IceView '95 from crashing by selecting the Do not display 
  37.       Photoshop files option.
